Returns and Refund policy

NanoO2 Air Purifiers are covered by our 30 day Money Back 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with your NanoO2 unit simply e-mail us for a Return Maintenance Authorization number.  Pharmatropic LTD allows you an extra 10 days to cover shipping delays from original date of order. All packages without a valid return authorization number (RMA) # on the box will be refused upon delivery to the proper return address. The closest warehouse return address to your location will be furnished to you by e-mail once the RMA # is authorized and issued.

Your purchase price less shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be refunded upon completion of the return process.  All NanoO2 air purifiers must be returned in good working condition with no physical defects. A 10% restocking fee applies to all RMA returns for cash refunds.  Defective units will be replaced under warranty provisions for just the actual cross shipping charges.
