PharmaTropic collects information through our Web site at several points. We collect the following information about primary visitors: Email, Phone Number & Billing Address.

We may also collect name, address, login and passwords and purchasing information, which our users may divulge about other people through our Virtual Dollars incentives referral programs or referred gift purchases. PharmaTropic does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information. We collect demographic data in order to know which products would fit your overall goals in Health, Beauty and Wellness and occasionally we will offer rewards in the form of gift coupons, bonuses and Virtual Dollars to ask you questions and to better understand the customers likes and dislikes about products for marketing and customer service issues.

We verify the accuracy of this information by sending a confirmation email to users that sign-up for an account in our network. Accurate information is required to make a purchase by default, otherwise the order will not go through. The last good known purchase information is saved in a registered user's account. No personally identifiable or non-identifiable data is collected about users who do not sign-up for an account, except for shipping information necessary in the event of a purchase.

We collect this information through web forms and cookies. Registration forms allow any visitor to create a customer account in our network. All other forms gather information on shipping and/or billing information. Billing information is stored in registered users' accounts each time a purchase is made. Cookies are only used to help us log users in more easily so the use of our site is made simpler as well as to remember the number of purchases a user has made. Cookies also store the last shipping address entered when placing any order, so this information can be filled in the next time a product is added to a user's shopping cart. The information is collected voluntarily. To receive our products and services, your billing and shipping information is mandatory because payment is done always online via credit card and shipping can be set to a different address than the one used for billing. Other information we request is optional.

We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable PharmaTropic to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. Our cookies do technically have an expiration date, however it is set to 10 years in the future each time you visit our websites which makes them actually non-expiring. Our cookies do collect personally identifiable information such as shipping addresses in our attempt to make the use of our sites easier. Third parties collect the following information at our Web site, but such information is not personally identifiable and does not relate your name, physical address or email address to any purchases. Such information is used to calculate third-party commissions and only contains details about the ordered products and the amount paid for each one.

The information collected by PharmaTropic will be used for internal use only such as billing, shipping, reporting on product sales, automatically logging you in (if you are a registered user and unless you specifically express your will to be logged out at some point) and sending special offers on our products. Users who provide information and sign up for an account in our network will receive discounts, coupons, announcements regarding new products and advertisements for bonus purchases.

Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. The information we collect will be used to create customer profiles based on purchasing history alone. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.

We may share data with the following third parties: fulfillment houses and shipping companies. These third parties will use the information as follows: the fulfillment houses package the products contained in orders and print shipping labels for each package which are used by the shipping companies. Users who have placed an order and paid for it automatically give their consent for the sharing of their shipping information related to that order. We have agreements with each of our fulfillment companies that customer information is not to be stored into their computer or any other type of database or record keeping system or we will consider this a breach of our agreement and pursue this against them to the fullest extent of the Law.

We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.  If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise you by means of a newsletter sent via electronic mail (email) as well as updating the Terms and Privacy Policy page on our website.

PharmaTropic maintains the accuracy of our information by automatic means, meaning that each time you make a purchase, the most recent billing address is associated to your account. Users who have signed-up for an account in our network may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find. After logging in they can access the "Review/Edit your details" link in the upper-right corner of the site. Users may delete their information from our database by contacting us directly using the "Contact Us" form present on our websites. This procedure may take between 12 and 72 hours depending on the day of the week the request was sent.
